Terms of Service

Effective August 24, 2026

What NOISE provides

NOISE sells purchased promotional metrics for supported social-media destinations. Purchased metrics are not organic audience growth, genuine endorsements, customers, revenue, reach, or platform performance. Delivery timing, retention, refill availability, and platform outcomes are not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account and destination information, keep your account secure, and have authority to promote each submitted destination. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and the rules of each platform you use.

Prohibited use

Do not use NOISE for unlawful activity, fraud, deception, impersonation, harassment, manipulation of civic or financial decisions, or to falsely represent purchased metrics as genuine endorsement or commercial influence. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service when necessary to protect users, providers, platforms, or NOISE.

Orders, wallet credit, and payments

Review every quantity and destination before ordering. Orders are final once placed because supplier fulfillment may begin and generally cannot be reversed. NOISE wallet credit is used only for NOISE purchases and is not a bank account. Send only native USDC on Solana to the exact payment request shown; blockchain transfers are irreversible, and transfers on the wrong token, network, address, or amount may be unrecoverable.

Third-party services

Fulfillment, hosting, authentication, and payment verification rely on third parties, including social-media platforms, suppliers, Supabase, Vercel, and the Solana network. NOISE is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. Platform changes, outages, removals, or enforcement may interrupt or reverse results.

Problems and liability

Contact support@soldreality.cc if an order is materially incomplete or incorrect. We will review available supplier records and any applicable refill remedy. To the extent permitted by law, NOISE is provided without promises beyond these terms and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as name and email, order destinations and quantities, wallet and order records, support communications, and basic security and service logs. Solana payment addresses, references, amounts, and transaction signatures are also recorded on a public blockchain.

How we use it

We use information to operate accounts, verify payments, fulfill and track orders, provide support, prevent abuse, secure the service, keep financial records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who processes it

Information is processed by service providers needed to run NOISE, including Supabase for accounts and data, Vercel for hosting, SMMGO for order fulfillment, and the Solana network for USDC transfers. A fulfillment provider receives the submitted destination, service, and quantity but does not need your NOISE password.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed for orders, support, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance. We use access controls and server-side credentials, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information. Some transaction, order, security, or legal records may need to be retained. NOISE is not intended for children under 18.
